Terms & Conditions – Blue Twinkle

1. Precedence of Terms

By engaging with Blue Twinkle, the client agrees that these Terms & Conditions take precedence over any of their own standard terms, even if drafted after the acceptance of these conditions. Any variation from these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by Blue Twinkle.

2. Payment Policy

All invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order. In case of late payment, Blue Twinkle reserves the right to apply a fixed interest charge of 10% of the outstanding amount. We also reserve the right to suspend services without prior notice until payment is received.

3. Overdue Accounts

If payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days after the due date, Blue Twinkle may engage a debt recovery agency. All related legal and recovery costs will be borne by the client.

4. Withholding Taxes

In certain countries, local tax authorities may apply a withholding tax on invoice payments. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the local authorities. Blue Twinkle will not be held responsible for any costs or deductions imposed by the client’s local legislation. The full invoice amount remains payable to Blue Twinkle.

5. Service Commitments

Blue Twinkle is committed to delivering high-quality services on time and in line with agreed schedules. However, our obligations are limited to providing the services, and we cannot guarantee specific results. Furthermore, Blue Twinkle shall not be required to act as a third party in any claims made by end consumers against the client.

6. Claims & Disputes

Any claims must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to Blue Twinkle’s registered office within 8 days of delivery of goods or completion of services. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered admissible.

7. Governing Law

All contractual relationships with Blue Twinkle are subject to and governed exclusively by applicable law.
